Every patient at our Orange Avenue office gets the same core things: a dentist who listens, honest talk about cost before treatment starts, and a front desk that answers the phone. But a nurse coming off a hospital shift, a student far from home, a family fresh off the moving truck, and a retiree sorting out Medicare all walk in with different questions. So we wrote down the answers.
One answer worth repeating up front: you do not need dental insurance to be a patient here. The Virginia Dental Club membership covers your cleanings, exams, and X-rays for a flat yearly price and discounts other treatment. No insurance? No problem.
