We handle the records request
Your dental history should follow you here, and you should not have to chase it. Tell us who your previous dentist was, sign a release, and our front desk requests your chart and X-rays directly from your old office. Recent X-rays usually carry over, which means fewer repeats and a first visit that picks up where your last dentist left off.
Get established before something hurts
The smartest time to meet a new dentist is when nothing is wrong. A comprehensive exam and cleaning gives Dr. Chaudhry a baseline for your mouth and gives you a dental home on file. Then, if a tooth cracks over a holiday weekend or an ache shows up out of nowhere, you are an established patient calling a familiar number, and our same-day emergency slots are a lot easier to reach. Our new patient page walks through exactly what that first visit looks like.
Insurance sorted by phone, not at checkout
Before you ever sit in the chair, call us with your insurance card and we will verify your plan and benefits. We work with most major dental plans, and we would rather tell you exactly where you stand up front than surprise you with a bill. If your new job’s coverage has not kicked in yet, or you are between plans entirely, the Virginia Dental Club covers preventive care for a flat yearly price with no waiting periods. No insurance? No problem, it is right on our front door.
Easy to find from anywhere in the valley
Still learning the roads? Here is the short version: we are at 2913 Orange Ave NE, right on the Orange Avenue corridor just off I-581. That interstate spine ties the whole valley together, so whether you landed in northeast Roanoke, Hollins, Vinton, or out toward Blue Ridge, the drive is usually 10 to 15 minutes with parking at the building. See all the areas we serve for directions from your new neighborhood.
