From Cloverdale, the direct route is Cloverdale Road down to Challenger Avenue, then west on US-460 as it becomes Orange Avenue. From Daleville, follow US-220 south and either join that same Cloverdale Road route or stay with the highway to I-81 and I-581, exiting at Orange Avenue east.
