Tooth Extractions

When a tooth is hopelessly damaged or decayed and can’t be saved, gentle removal is the right next step — with a clear plan for what comes after.

When extraction is the right choice

We always try to preserve as much of your natural tooth as possible. Sometimes a tooth has decayed too far, fractured below the gum line, or developed an infection that won’t respond to root canal treatment. In those cases, removing the tooth and planning a thoughtful replacement is the kindest path.

A comfortable visit

Local anesthesia keeps you comfortable throughout. Dr. Chaudhry will explain each step before it happens. After the extraction, you’ll get clear at-home instructions for the first 24 hours and a follow-up plan if it’s needed.

What comes next

Depending on which tooth was removed and your goals, the conversation about a bridge, a dental implant, or a partial denture starts before the extraction — not after — so the plan feels coordinated.
