Rooted on Orange Avenue
Our office sits at 2913 Orange Ave NE, on a corridor that runs from downtown Roanoke east through northeast neighborhoods toward Hollins and Garden City. Orange Avenue is a working street — small businesses, churches, schools, family homes, Valley Metro buses moving people to and from work. We feel lucky to be part of the daily rhythm here.
Multi-generational neighborhoods
Northeast Roanoke is a community of deep roots. More than half the homes here are owner-occupied, and many families have lived within a few blocks of this office for two or three generations. Word of mouth travels fast in both directions here — and we take that seriously. When a grandmother introduces us to her daughter, and her daughter brings in the grandkids, we’re not just gaining patients. We’re being trusted with a family.
Working families, real budgets
Plenty of our patients work hourly, work nights, work multiple jobs, or are raising kids on a single income. That’s why we’re open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm — five full days a week. That’s why our front desk talks about cost up front, not at checkout. And that’s why the Virginia Dental Club is a core part of how the practice works: affordable preventive care for anyone without dental insurance, with discounts on everything else. No insurance, no problem.
Magic City pride
Roanoke earned its “Magic City” nickname from the Norfolk & Western Railway shops that built it — the iron, the industry, the workers who turned a small Virginia town into a city. That heritage of hard work and building something from nothing is alive in northeast Roanoke. From our chairs you can almost see the Mill Mountain Star glowing over the valley. We’re proud to be part of this place.

Patients drive in from across the metro to see Dr. Chaudhry — from Hollins just east of us, from Vinton, from Garden City, from downtown, and from across the 24012 corridor. Whether you live three blocks from the office or you’re coming in from out of town, we make the visit worth the trip — with a warm greeting, an unhurried appointment, and a treatment plan that fits your real life.
